flyswat.win is a free game run by Monty Home LLC, Colorado, USA. By playing it you agree to the few things below.

The game

It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
It is a model of a fly, not a fly, and its numbers are printed so you can argue with them. It is not advice about pest control or anything else.
You may play it, share links to it and paste its share lines anywhere. You may not copy, sell or re-host the game or its code, which remain the property of Monty Home LLC.
Do not use it to harm the site or other players: no flooding the wall with fake results, no interfering with the service.

What you send

The swats and daily results the page sends to the wall are anonymous and become part of the crowd figures everyone sees. The privacy page says exactly what they are.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Monty Home LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the game or from its unavailability. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid, which for the game is nothing.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and disputes go to its courts.
